This class is a blend of strength, conditioning, and high intensity training. We use free weights, barbells, TRX, and resistance based cardio equipment.
Practice makes progress!
Intro Vinyasa will take you through many of the core asanas (physical postures) of Vinyasa Yoga. Each class will provide a demonstration of core posture prior to the practice. It will include flow, holding of postures, balance, pranayama (breathing exercises), and theme for the day! This class is intended to allow students to have familiarity with sequences week to week and whether you’ve never taken a Yoga class, or have been practicing for years, confidence in our foundation is essential in any healthy practice.
This Vinyasa class is intended to allow students to explore the mind body connection through intelligently sequenced movements. In this Vinyasa sequence we will balance, sweat, flow, breath, and participate in movements that have been refined over thousands of years. It will offer students the platform to build confidence in oneself that can be used on and off our mats. The kicker in all of it is that we'll have some fun along the way!
